SiteVett
QA processes that took hours were reduced to minutes via a centralized automated checker. SiteVett transformed from an internal agency tool into a public platform offering 60+ automated checks, AI visual analysis, and scored reporting.
SiteVett started as an internal tool to stop the agency from wasting hours checking links and layouts by hand. We rebuilt it as a public Next.js platform with automated visual AI analysis, meaning what used to take hours now takes minutes.
The Brief
SiteVett started inside a web agency where QA teams checked every site by hand before shipping. This didn't scale. We built an internal tool to automate the manual checks, and then rebuilt it from scratch as a public SaaS platform.
The Challenge
Before state: manual, unscalable QA process, inconsistent pre-launch checks, hours spent verifying links and mobile layouts, and no centralized reporting. The agency needed to automate its rulebook to save time and reduce errors.
The Outcome
We delivered a full frontend architecture for the public SiteVett platform. The system now features a multi-variant report viewer, authenticated dashboards, automated site auditing, and AI visual analysis integration. Website and platform development allowed the tool to handle public signups securely with a premium user experience. What used to take hours now takes minutes.

Manual QA Was Not Scaling
The agency's QA team checked every site manually before shipping - clicking links, squinting at layouts, and running through the same checklist on every build. It consumed too much time and limited the number of sites they could ship.
The Insight: Automate the Rulebook
We needed an internal tool that could take the team's exact manual checks and run them programmatically across every page. The system needed to respect robots.txt, perform visual analysis, and generate a scored report with fix advice.
From Internal Tool to Public SaaS
SiteVett was rebuilt from scratch as a public platform. The frontend migration delivered a premium Next.js 15 app with an authenticated dashboard, multi-variant report viewer, and complex state management, making automated site QA accessible to everyone.
How it was before
In about four weeks, they redesigned the entire SiteVett front end and gave the platform a modern, polished feel without us rebuilding our existing back end. They understood the product and just executed it.
